A clear judgement on recent history

There’s no shortage of information, or of ill-founded judgement – out there in the media. So it’s rare to find straightforward, informed, narrative – with conclusions – about events in recent history.

Recent events are the conflict in Bosnia, in the 1990s, as prompted by the trial of Ratko Mladic – the Bosnian Serb army chief – at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
